Delivery availability and estimates
Checkout identifies the destinations and services available for an order. Once accepted, an order is generally readied within 1–2 business days. Carrier travel commonly takes an estimated 2–4 business days after shipment; that window is an estimate rather than a promise.
The current cart, destination, and checkout determine charges and any free-delivery qualification. Accurate recipient, address, unit, city, state or region, postal code, email, and phone information are required. Some products or destinations can be restricted.
When issued, tracking is sent through the order contact details. If scans stop, a parcel is lost, a delivered parcel cannot be found, or an item arrives damaged, send us the order number, checkout email, tracking details, and useful photographs for review.
