Mail returns and replacement choices
Both problem-free and defective products may be returned, and exchanges are available. Submit the request no later than 30 days from delivery. If the reason is preference, a changed decision, or the wrong selection, the item must remain new and unused, with its original condition, packaging, tags, and included accessories preserved.
Authorized returns travel by mail with the complimentary label supplied inside the parcel. There is no restocking charge. Wait for authorization before sending anything back. An exchange can proceed only when replacement stock is available.
Tell us the order number, checkout email, and what resolution is requested. Damage, defects, missing components, incorrect items, or a substantial description mismatch also require clear item and package photos or video. An approved refund goes back to the original payment method, with processing completed within 10 days of approval.
